1. Service and availability
AutoFlow helps creators and teams prepare scripts, images, voices, digital-human videos, and finished video projects. Features, supported formats, prices, and availability are described in the workspace.
Publishing features are subject to availability in your workspace and the requirements of the connected platform. The publishing provisions below apply only when the feature is available to you. AutoFlow is an independent service, not TikTok or a TikTok-endorsed product.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms. When acting for a business or a creator, you must have authority to act on their behalf.
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Workspace administrators manage membership and permissions; share access only with people who are authorized to use the workspace and its content.
3. Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in uploaded material. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit that material only as needed to provide the features you request, including generation, storage, delivery, and authorized publishing. Necessary service providers may process it for those purposes.
This permission does not transfer ownership to us or authorize us to use your private projects in advertising. It ends when the relevant material is deleted, except to the extent needed to complete an action you already authorized or retain records lawfully. It does not remove copies already sent to a publishing platform.
You must have the necessary rights and consents for scripts, footage, music, products, trademarks, likenesses, and voices. Obtain permission before using another person's image or cloning their voice. Do not upload material that you are not authorized to share with us or with the processing services used for your task.
Rights in AI-generated outputs depend on applicable law and third-party terms. We do not promise exclusive ownership, copyright eligibility, originality, or freedom from third-party claims. Review outputs before using or publishing them.
4. Connecting a TikTok account
When available, connect a TikTok account through TikTok's authorization flow. We do not ask you to give AutoFlow your TikTok password. You must control the account or have the account holder's permission.
Account connection grants only the permissions displayed and accepted in that flow. It is not blanket permission to publish everything you create. Declining or revoking a permission may prevent the related feature from working without affecting unrelated creative features.
5. Creator-controlled publishing
Before transmission, review the selected account, content preview, editable caption, audience and interaction choices, and applicable commercial-content or AI-generated-content disclosures. Submit only after you explicitly approve the upload or publication.
Direct publishing and transfer for completion in TikTok are different actions. If the available feature sends a draft to TikTok, you must complete the process there. A successful upload alone does not establish that a post is publicly visible.
TikTok's terms, content rules, music permissions, and branded-content requirements also apply. Account eligibility, moderation, platform limits, and processing may delay or prevent publication. We do not guarantee approval, distribution, views, revenue, or a particular posting time.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use AutoFlow for unlawful content, infringement, unauthorized impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation of minors, fraud, harassment, deceptive advertising, or unauthorized collection of personal information.
Do not bypass security controls, access another workspace without permission, misuse credentials, evade platform restrictions, or use the publishing feature for spam or unauthorized copying of other people's work. AI assistance does not remove your responsibility for factual claims and required disclosures.
7. Our intellectual property
AutoFlow software, interface designs, branding, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners. Subject to these Terms, you may use the service for its intended features; this does not transfer rights in the platform or grant a license to use our trademarks.
Do not copy or resell the platform, remove rights notices, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits. These restrictions do not claim ownership of your uploaded materials or override rights granted by applicable open-source licenses.
8. Content and rights complaints
If you believe content handled through AutoFlow infringes your rights or violates these Terms, contact the address below. Identify the content or project where possible, explain the issue and your rights or authority to act, and provide a reply address and supporting information. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or confidential credentials.
We will assess the report and may request clarification, restrict the affected content or access, or refer you to the platform hosting the published post. Where lawful and appropriate, we will notify the affected user and allow a response. A report does not automatically establish infringement, and urgent safety or legal issues may require action before notice.
9. Fees and wallet
Paid tasks use the pricing and wallet information shown in the workspace. Funds may be reserved before processing and settled against completed work; remaining reservations are released according to the task outcome. A new generation or confirmed rerun may incur an additional charge.
Previously completed steps may remain chargeable even if a later step fails. Funding a wallet does not guarantee a publishing result. Contact us about billing errors or refund requests; applicable consumer rights and any expressly agreed refund terms remain unaffected.
10. Third-party services
Requested features may rely on AI providers, hosting, storage, email delivery, and publishing platforms. Their availability and applicable terms can affect the feature. TikTok separately controls content stored on its platform.
We may change or suspend a feature for maintenance, security, legal obligations, or a provider change. Where practical, we will notify you of material changes affecting your use.
11. Disconnecting and ending use
You may stop using AutoFlow and revoke TikTok access through TikTok's connected-app permissions. Revocation prevents future authorized API access, but does not automatically remove previously published TikTok posts or erase your AutoFlow account, projects, or required records.
Contact us to request account closure or data deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Deleting a TikTok post must be handled on TikTok unless an expressly supported deletion feature is available. Actions already accepted by TikTok may still finish processing.
We may restrict access for a material breach, security risk, legal requirement, or non-payment. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to contact us. Closure does not cancel amounts already lawfully owed.
Before requesting closure, save any work you need. We handle remaining information under the Privacy Policy; closure is not a promise of immediate erasure of all records. Provisions concerning accrued payments, existing rights, lawful retention, responsibility, and dispute resolution continue to the extent relevant after use ends.
12. Reliability and responsibility
AI output may contain errors, inconsistencies, or material requiring correction. You are responsible for reviewing it and keeping copies of important work. Except for express commitments and rights that cannot be excluded by law, the service is provided on an available basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Each party remains responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer or privacy rights.
13. Disputes and applicable law
Contact the operator first to seek a practical resolution. Applicable law and competent courts are determined by the rules that apply to your relationship with the operator. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration.
Any country-specific contractual terms must be disclosed before they apply. Mandatory protections available where you live remain unaffected.
14. Changes and contact
We will publish revised Terms with an updated effective date and notify you of material changes where required. If a change requires consent, we will obtain it before applying the change to you.
Use the contact information below for questions, billing disputes, rights complaints, and service requests. The Chinese and English versions describe the same service; differences should be reported for clarification, without restricting rights available under applicable law.
